Position Overview:

We are seeking an Expert Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our digital advertising efforts with a focus on maximizing ROI through strategic ad management and innovative campaign strategies. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in ads management platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and a proven track record in developing and executing high-impact performance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is data-driven, with an analytical mindset, and possesses the creativity to leverage insights for optimizing ad campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • Expertly manage ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms), ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify targeting opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign objectives and audience interests.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization to maximize conversion rates and reduce CPA.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in performance marketing, digital advertising technologies, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, allocating spending strategically across campaigns and platforms to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with ad platform representatives and leverage these partnerships to gain insights and access to beta features.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist, Ads Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and ROI improvements.
  • Expert knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of conversion optimization, online customer acquisition strategies, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Creative mindset with experience in ad creative development, testing, and optimization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; certifications in digital marketing or advertising platforms are a plus.
