About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in email and LinkedIn marketing. This role demands strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to generate and convert leads. As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will contribute significantly to expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
Prospect List Management:
- Create and curate prospect lists based on industry, company, domain, and title specifications, focusing on CXOs at mid to large enterprises.
- Utilize data tools and platforms to ensure accuracy and relevance of prospect information.
Email Marketing:
- Design compelling content for email campaigns.
- Strategize the cadence of email campaigns to maximize engagement.
- Utilize tools such as Apollo, Sendgrid, or similar bulk email tools for efficient execution.
- Monitor and analyze response rates, optimize follow-up sequences, and drive conversions.
LinkedIn Marketing:
- Execute targeted lead generation on LinkedIn through direct connections and InMail campaigns.
- Implement and iterate on best practices and strategies for effective lead generation and conversion on the platform.
Event Presence:
- Identify and help sponsor relevant events in the US to enhance our brand presence.
- Coordinate logistics and participate in events to represent the company effectively.
Individual Performance:
- Operate as an individual performer with a fixed pay structure and a material incentive-based system tied to conversions.
- Take ownership of assigned targets and contribute proactively to meeting and exceeding them.
This Role Requires:

- Expert-level proficiency in tools like Apollo, Sendgrid, or similar bulk email tools.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices and strategies for generating and converting leads on LinkedIn.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a digital marketing role.
- Hustler attitude with a strong motivation to generate new business and actively contribute to the company’s economic growth.
