Your Role and Responsibilities
As Digital Marketing Specialist, you are part of the WW Subscription & Annuity team that helps generate sustainable revenue growth, protect the install base of our clients, and grow their annual spend. You’ll do this by designing and creating content to articulate the business value our clients receive from using IBM software.
- Executes against the global program owner’s strategy.
- Responsible for co-creating content: emails, social media, video scripts, web content.
- Be a power user of the SalesLoft platform to create and deploy multi-touch cadences that align with the global S&A strategy and brand initiatives.
- Acts as Content & Cadence focal point for sellers: ensure each cadence is built per the requirements, ensures translations are provided by the teams, uploads them in the tool and assigns to the correct sellers.
- Handles customer database and uploads to SalesLoft.
- Understands tool analytics and performance metrics.
- Connects with required teams/stakeholders to agree on the communication activities scheduled for each quarter.
- Establishes working relationships with GEO Leads; attends interlocks with Geo Leads and Brand Leaders for status updates, scheduling next campaigns and monitoring results.
- Ensures compliance to business guidelines and data privacy.

This job requires you to be fully COVID-19 vaccinated prior to your start date and proof of vaccination status will be required before your start date.
