Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels. They will be responsible for driving online traffic, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through effective digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including increasing website traffic, lead generation, and sales.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others. Generate reports to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing. Make recommendations for new strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and HR, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies or vendors as needed.
- Utilize digital recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the company, including leveraging social media platforms, job boards, and online recruitment tools.
- Create and optimize digital recruitment campaigns to reach qualified candidates and build a talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop compelling employer branding content for digital channels, highlighting the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital recruitment efforts and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital recruitment and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification) are a plus.
