Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meta Performance Marketer with a strong background in e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies across various Meta platforms, with a focus on driving e-commerce sales and maximizing ROI. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the latest trends in Meta advertising, a proven track record of successful campaigns, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.

Responsibilities:

1.Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute innovative and data-driven Meta marketing strategies to achieve e-commerce goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of marketing campaigns.

2.Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed KPIs.

3.Audience Targeting:

  • Utilize audience targeting features on Meta platforms to reach specific customer segments.
  • Develop and refine customer personas to enhance targeting precision and campaign effectiveness.

4.Budget Management:

  • Effectively manage advertising budgets to achieve maximum return on investment.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies and optimizations to improve campaign efficiency.

5.Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies as needed.

6.Testing and Optimization:

  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.

7.Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of campaigns against established KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Meta advertising and ecommerce marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and the customer journey.
  • Certifications in Meta advertising and other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
