Job Description:

Title: Growth Manager

Location: Bengaluru, India

Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

Join us as a Growth Manager at Vedantu, where you will be pivotal in sculpting our growth trajectory. This entrepreneurial role is tailor-made for those who excel in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Working closely with the leadership team, you will spearhead various initiatives, steering them from the drawing board to real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Identification: Use market research, internal analysis, and customer feedback to discover new growth opportunities.
  • Category Management: Oversee a specific category, being accountable for its success metrics.
  • Strategy Formulation and Execution: Craft and implement comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies from the ground up.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle structural issues at the central level to expedite category growth.
  • Project Leadership: Manage various streams and analytical projects, resolving diverse business challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Lead cross-disciplinary teams in designing and executing initiatives, including A/B testing, data analysis, and trend identification.
  • External Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, including agencies, vendors, and industry thought leaders.

What are we looking for:

  • 2-3 Years Experience of Entrepreneurship / working at Startups/ similar roles
  • Experience of leading teams and Proven experience of Problem solving through Case studies / competitions
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and influencing teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to independently navigate a fast-paced environment.
