Job Title: IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) Executive

*Job Description:*

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IPQA Executive to join our team. The IPQA Executive will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of in-process activities in our manufacturing operations.

*Responsibilities:*

– Conduct routine inspections of manufacturing processes and operations to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.

– Perform in-process checks and sampling during various stages of production to verify adherence to specifications and quality parameters.

– Monitor environmental conditions and cleanliness of manufacturing areas to maintain aseptic and controlled environments.

– Review batch records and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

– Investigate and document any deviations or non-conformances observed during in-process inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

– Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections, and assist in the resolution of quality-related issues as needed.

*Requirements:*

– Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.

– Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

– Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and guidelines.

– Experience conducting in-process inspections and audits in a manufacturing environment.

– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
