We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
As the Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will work with a portfolio of our restaurant partners and help create a healthy long term food delivery ecosystem in Guwahati.
Job Description:
- Onboard new eateries on Zomato. Could be anything – from a high-end restaurant to a neighbourhood joint. This would involve excellent sales, negotiation and revenue generation skills.
- Engage with a set of restaurant partners on field and help them with any & everything that involves running a restaurant. This would require good relationship management and communication skills
- Take a data-driven approach to assist your restaurant partners in their growth journey
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure our restaurant partners have the best possible experiences
- Spirit of service towards customers, delivery partners, restaurant partners, and our community.
- Zeal for building deep mutually beneficial relationships that are not transactional in nature.
- Analytical rigor to understand data and identify growth opportunities for your partners• Proactive, and not reactive – to identify restaurant issues and get them resolved.
- Work-life integration – we are in the hospitality business, and we work when our customers celebrate; be prepared to be ‘switched on’ during our largest festivals, and holidays
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA degree is a plus.
– Proven track record of driving growth and scaling businesses, preferably in a startup environment.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
– Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
– Knowledge of [specific industry/domain trends or technology] is a plus.
