Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent at LIC, located in Chennai, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves day-to-day tasks of providing life insurance to customers, as well as identifying potential clients, making sales presentations, and generating leads. The candidate will also need to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently while adhering to regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
