Job Description
Drive sales of credit cards through State Bank/Co-Brand Banking branches.
Drive Productivity, manage costs of acquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes.
Building and nurturing relationships with the branch managers, key employees, regional Managers, deputy general manager.
Single point of contact for all issues that the branches/RBOs face for their day-to-day operations.
Update the branches/stakeholder on all approvals, declines, income etc.
Train and motivate key branch employees to Cross Sell SBI cards.
Recruit, train, and motivate Branch Relationship executives and Managers.
Responsible for increasing approval rates through right sourcing.
Day to Day interaction with SBI Stake Holder/Co-Brand Partner Bank.
Develop strategies to increase sales volumes, manage costs.
Ability to manage teams, motivate and grow sales executives and Managers.
Understand basic labor regulations, administrative responsibilities in managing sales teams.
Monitor and develop sales teams, ensure sales force effectiveness.
Candidate should be an MBA with minimum 6-7 years of proven & extensive sales & marketing experience. Excellent execution and analytical skills, Ability to think and be creative with new ideas, Outstanding written and oral communication skills, Ability to build cross functional relationships to create synergies & developing more buy in from channel partners. Experience of handling big sales team’s is a must.
