A job that matters: your task
• Responsible to generate sales in the assigned territory of the respective business segment vertical / channel and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned geography.
• Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements.
• Responsible to establish and build sustainable relationships with dormakaba customers and partners. Ensure effective utilization of CRM tool.
• Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies & procedures and the company’s code of conduct. Responsible to generate opportunities for cross divisional sales.
• Strong understanding of access control, security solutions and building automation systems.
An experience that matters: your skills
• You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience in project sales in a related industry.
• Proven track record of delivering sales results in a competitive environment.
• Must have expertise in handling projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
