Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Revenue Growth: Responsible to identify, develop and implement sales strategy to achieve planned volumes to gain market share in operating market

Evaluate and forecast industry trends to develop robust business plan to achieve the revenue growth.

Profitable Growth: Deploy method to achieve profitable and sustainable growth through credit management, utilization of scheme budgets and logistics cost reduction.

Dealer Management: Responsible to drive performance through dealer, ensure incremental business and dealer profitability to have sustainable business model

Build and retain positive relationship with key stakeholders to drive selling.

Customer focus: Develop and implement innovative ways to build delightful customer experience and ensure all adherence and improvement metrices scores of customer care functions.

Responsible to drive strategic interventions pertaining to product launch and market development, oversee and provide input development.

Critically evaluate and review the Distributor/Dealer performance and develop mechanism to reward and highlight exemplary performance. Constantly evaluating the option of identifying avenues to generate revenue through secondary channel and spares

General Experience

5-8 yrs experience in automobile sales and mktg. Any International exposure will be good.

Critical Experience

Knowledge of French Language is must
