Role: Facebook Lead: Games24x7 for flagship product RummyCircle

We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Google Expert to join us. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Performance Marketing team, responsible for all Meta campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network etc) and the success of the channel.

Key responsibilities

Own all Facebook campaigns and ensure healthy growth + CAC/ROI improvement.

Design strategies for channel tied to the business objectives like driving volumes in Core

markets & improving unit economics in Non-Core

Stakeholder management with senior leadership, highlighting areas of opportunity within

Facebook, experiment results and areas of improvement.

Determine areas of opportunity, design experiments & incrementality tests, and present data- driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention by establishing best practices

Manage multidimensional Facebook campaigns (Creatives, Placements, Campaign types, Bids) while troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues.

Navigate through the internal system (Tableau) and third-party systems (Appsflyer) to understand campaign performance and potential issues on attribution & reporting. Conduct full analysis of campaign performance, optimizations, issues, etc.

Make strategic investment/campaign structure changes for long term sustainability of the channel & market. Measure, analyse, and report performance of your channel and support

management in driving channel mix and budget decisions.

Deliver input on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics and KPI

Work cross-functionally & cross regionally to develop, launch, scale, and track high-impact campaigns

Key requirements

At least 3 -5 years experience in Paid performance marketing, at least an year of experience as a Facebook expert is compulsory

Knowledge of both pixel and mobile app measurement and tracking and the ability to resolve ad operations issues that affect campaign tracking and performance

Familiarity with performance KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, Attribution, and LTV

Hands-on mentality with a big element of ownership, an analytical and structured way of working, and extraordinary logical thinking skills

An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace is also a plus

Verbal & written fluency in English, additional languages is a plus
