Day-to-day job duties involve:
- Developing informative content on assigned services / products / brands.
- Designing innovative ways to communicate content with the appropriate audience.
- Design and execute well-planned marketing campaigns – ATL, BTL, TTL
- Design and/oversee production of branded / marketing materials – Brochures, standees, OOH, etc.
- Conducting presentation visits to various areas and individuals as per plan.
- Contribute to digital marketing efforts including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEO, content writing, etc.
- Organising events such as medical camps, CMEs, conferences, internal events, etc.
- Collecting information on patient experience and managing complaints.
- Track and report feedback & complaints received from marketing activities.
- Marketing research and surveys based for improved marketing efforts.
What working in this role will be like:
- In this role, you are an administrative professional in a team of 15 individuals, managed by Manager (Marketing) & GM (Marketing).
- As part of the marketing team, for your projects, you also coordinate with and are supported by other hospital teams including IT, HR, Hospitality, Maintenance, etc. based on project of collaboration.
- As a marketing profile, you will get to network with the elite doctors of Jalandhar city and surrounding areas in pursuit of the brand and communication goals of the Hospital.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, sales, and advertising.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media management, and email marketing software.
- Grasp on design software such as Adobe, Canva, etc. for efficient, modern designing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
