The company primarily sells products from exclusive brands, including Makeup Revolution (London), L.A Girl (USA), Wet n Wild (USA), L.A Colours (USA), Milani (USA), Eveline (Poland), Lamel (Poland), and many more. The Director, Nikhil Bhatia, has a rich exposure in beauty, cosmetics, and marketing that resulted in the launch of his group beauty and skincare brand under “Kanvar Probio Pvt Ltd.”
Role Description
- End-to-end media planning & execution on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Platforms (GDN, SEM, & YouTube), and other social media channels (which includes running awareness, traffic, revenue generation campaigns)
- Ownership of the brand’s digital growth strategy for its D2C website to increase ROI.
- Analyse and optimise ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI).
- Analysing data on ad spends, revenue, and user/customer behaviour with the help of tools like Google Analytics.
- Recommend and execute experiments to improve learnings across marketing creatives and communication.
- Should understand what kind of creatives and copies work for best conversions.
- Should have proven experience in setting up and using custom/lookalike audience
- Coming up with automations.
- Line management responsibility for the digital marketing operations teams covering paid media.
- Should’ve managed more than 5 lakhs budget on Google Adwords and more than 5 lakhs budget on Facebook Ads; per month across clients.
- Manage social & digital presence of the assigned including overall execution, online response management and maintenance of respective online media properties.
- Track all platforms and share assistance in their evaluation regularly by generating reports for the performance.
- Keep tabs on competitors. Track and conduct competitor analysis to assist in providing data for a comprehensive understanding of the competitors & their brand performance on digital media platforms.
Requirements
- you have prior experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
- building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channel.
- 3+ years of experience in the same role
