Plum is looking for an energetic sales leader to drive our business growth and profitability in India’s western region through general trade, modern trade and eB2B channels. The position is ideal for someone looking to not just drive revenue and sales growth, but learn and run a full-fledged P&L for the region. Plum is an acknowledged leader in the new-age beauty & personal care space and has exciting plans to drive retail business growth in the years to come.

The ideal candidate will plan and drive achievement of sales targets while executing on go-to-market plans and leading a team of driven salespeople and channel partners. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, drive and execute business plans for the region
  • Co-create and execute the go-to-market plans of our product categories
  • Support the learning and development of the sales team
  • Set up strong systems to track and report all sales activities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of sales and distribution experience in FMCG market (preferably in the West). Beauty & Personal Care experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • A passion for sales & marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to think through situations logically
  • Outstanding people skills
