Personality
We are seeking a transparent go-getter, highly motivated, self-aware, and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for technology SaaS sales within your designated city and state. Your primary objective will be to exceed sales targets while building and maintaining strong customer relationships for further growth.
Responsibilities
- This is an individual contribution role in a team and all the sales targets need to be met all by yourself only. Additionally, the company will provide maximum support in tools and data within its capacity. The primary focus will be the capital city and then we can expand further as we progress.
- Plan and execute sales techniques that expand quickly with little or no additional resources
- To comprehend the ground realities, provide extensive market research, perspectives, and client feedback frequently. Forecasts, reporting, and feedback, inputs should be super transparent and documented
- To begin with, you will just be selling B2B-Technology, but in the long run, we will need to sell ICH-B2B-international leads
- Perform self-performance monitoring and analysis every week to make aggressive progress toward goals and targets
