About the job

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly support and learn from Girl Power Talk’s co-founder and Blue Ocean Global Technology CEO, Sameer Somal (USA-based) on business development and sales initiatives, research potential leads, people of affluence, and target companies where there is client potential (view Sameer’s profile on LinkedIn for references)
  • Identify sales prospects from leads generated by marketing activities
  • Study and understand referral marketing before building relationships with centers of influence (COI)
  • Create enduring, trustworthy connections with contacts, prospects, and new clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products, services, or collaboration
  • Customize solutions and collaborate with Girl Power Talk team leaders to provide optimal customer satisfaction
  • Proactively ideate and evaluate new business opportunities with Girl Power Talk’s global team in 20+ countries
  • Set up meetings and introductory calls between (prospective) clients and Girl Power Talk or Blue Ocean Global Technology leadership
  • Learn to pitch new business and earn responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients
  • Drive new business possibilities and utilize available resources to expand retention and growth in key revenue lines for Girl Power Talk, Blue Ocean Global Technology, and key client relationships
  • Work together with the business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to guarantee the prompt and effective delivery of solutions in line with client requirements and goals

Note: After training, the customer service team members will receive bonuses and commissions on a profit-sharing basis with each new client onboarded for the first 12 months. We are building a performance culture, where the earning potential will have no limits. You will also be able to earn from all new team members you train and help become successful in onboarding new clients.
