Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pathankot for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining healthy relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. They will be responsible for meeting sales targets, gathering market and customer information, and providing feedback to the organization regarding client needs and preference.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to generate sales and drive revenue growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze market and customer information to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Experience in the financial industry, preferably in NBFCs, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
