Job Description
Forecasting
Finalize monthly Sale & inventory forecast along with the sales & marketing team.
Monitor & analyze current & past sales trend for accurate forecast plan.
Demand Generation
Coordinate with & follow up with Factory, local suppliers & import.
Generate timely PO’s & Demand request.
Internal & External Coordination
Coordination with key stakeholders -Work closely with Sales, Marketing unit, Import-Export, QA, Suppliers and Logistic team.
Negotiations with suppliers for Lead time, Volume discounts, FOB’s for India specific products.
Coordinate with the various sales vertical teams to understand the product performance.
Inventory Management
Responsible for health of inventory at Mother warehouse as well as at RDC’s.
System & Process
Optimization of systems with the help of IT team.
Assist in setting processes to simplify the system.
MIS
Maintaining updated MIS.
Create MIS & department reports as per management request.
Postgraduate / MBA – Supply Chain /Operations / Logistics / Import Export.
Experience Requirements
1 -4 years of experience in Inbound planning, supply chain management.
Handled multiple brands, products.
Ability to multitask & strong in coordination.
Strong negotiation skills.
