Business change is a part of the Global Shareholder Services team in FTAMC taking care of Internal Communications, Training and Policies and Procedures for the GSS vertical. We also support Asia and EMEA for training and adhoc requirements.
This is a senior professional role in a dynamic growing team. Which will be responsible for creating various communications, training content, user manuals, reports and content to be posted on internal sites. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills along with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, online designing tools and content creation tools. Relationship building skills are also a key requirement as we work with various functions within GSS and across AMC. In addition, we are looking for an innovator who can help continuously transform and improve our processes bringing in accuracy and efficiency to our processes.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of Senior Lead Executive?
- To create centralised communications for GSS & Non GSS – via centralised comms, reports and updates for GSS functions.
- To create step by user manuals for tools and processes
- To create / update / maintain the policies and procedures for all India GSS processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and understand metrices to design and release newsletters and magazines.
- Prepare various learning related articles and posts to enhance / bridge employee skills and sustain a learning environment.
- Create training content as required for process, procedures, adhoc requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the communication / training / policy and procedure related framework.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
- A graduate with excellent English written skills (any field) with a knack for content creation and designing communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well versed with Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills is a pre-requisite to handle the large amount of content and communication and reports which the role demands.
- Experience of using online tools to create and represent content and data and publish visible appealing communications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to engage with senior FT staff within business units.
- Good relationship skills working with internal and external stakeholders is a must.
- Ability to understand processes and analyse the requirement for creating user manuals, training content and business communications.
- Organizational, planning, interpersonal, supervisory, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and team building skills, flexible and agile approach.
- Flexible worker with ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines.
Work Shift Timing – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
