The **Team Leader(TL)** should be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. A senior **SEO team leader (TL)** should be able to manage and deliver the projects digital lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements. An **SEO Team Lead(TL)** or **SEO Leader** should coordinate with other staff members as part of the duty, be capable of working as a practical part of a team, and have good verbal communication skills. A Senior Team Leader(TL) also needs strong writing skills so that they can create and post attention-grabbing content online. They must have great computer skills and a working knowledge of social media in order to do their job effectively.
