Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Identify trends in social media and digital marketing to leverage new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a social media manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
