Sr. Account Manager Sales (B2B Events ) – Hindustan Times – Delhi / Bangalore
Experience – 5 + years
Location – Delhi (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Liaison with key internal stakeholders including sales/ revenue, product, edit, technology and finance. Maintain a smooth workflow. Support sales in client meetings, as needed.
- Map client requirements with brand solutions/ advertising opportunities at HT Media. Support in building media plans by working with content, and digital marketing teams.
- Ensure the rate card is adhered to in campaign ROs, and exceptional cases have approvals as per the escalation matrix.
- Ensure deliveries of KPIs for client projects are as per RO under defined timelines. Track live projects daily.
- Maintain record of vendors/freelancers. Ensure paperwork is maintained and payment terms/process and timeline is adhered to.
- Support video and event production, as and when necessary.
- Build and maintain an influencer database for use in branded content campaigns.
- Manage a large volume of multiple projects and tasks, collaborate with the team, while working under intense deadline pressure and tight budgets.
- Should be able to make visually attractive, data-driven MS Powerpoint presentations for client pitches as and when required.
Must Have
- Basic software knowledge: MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
- Relevant experience in media/ advertising industry, or marketing function in any another industry.
- Comfort in managing client and agency relationships on an ongoing basis.
- Comfort in crafting messaging that gets to the heart of a brand, understanding business to consumer and business-to-business audiences.
- A graduation degree/diploma.
