We at 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁, 𝗞𝗼𝘁𝗮 are looking for a 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿/𝗦𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿-𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 for our organisation.

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Kota

𝗘𝘅𝗽: 7-10 yrs

𝐊𝐑𝐀’𝐬:

1.Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise sales strategy to achieve the franchise targets.

2.Generate leads through various channels, including market research, networking, industry events, and digital marketing.

3.Conduct convincing sales presentations to potential franchise partners, highlighting the benefits of the franchise model, company support, and growth opportunities.

4.Negotiate terms and conditions with prospective franchisees. Close deals and ensure all necessary legal and financial requirements are met for successful onboarding.

5.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchise partners. Provide ongoing support and address their inquiries and concerns.

6.Ensuring that all franchise agreements, contracts, and legal documents are accurate, and well-maintained. Work closely with legal and compliance teams for the execution of the same.

7.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

8. Training and mentoring the franchise sales team.
