About the Role
- Candidate should be from Travel domain only.
- Min 5 yrs of experience in handling travel.
- Should be adept at handling sales and post sales for outbound travel – Domestic and international
- Interact with the customers via email/ calls to resolve their queries with an appropriate itineraries
- Handle leads to ensure conversion target is met
- Have expertise in selling multiple destinations – domestic and international (short haul)
- This role will have to work closely with the sales and operations team and guide them towards closure of files
- This will need identification of warm/hot leads and drive them to closure
- Role is for a team lead position.
Note: This is a 1 Year contractual role.
