Kshema is seeking an experienced and dynamic Tele-sales Team Leader to spearhead our tele-sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and developing sales agents, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role is pivotal in motivating the team, optimizing sales processes, and delivering exceptional sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of tele-sales agents to exceed sales targets. Foster a high-performance sales culture.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and training to ensure continuous improvement.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to optimize conversion rates and enhance customer acquisition.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and set performance goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years in tele-sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Insurance sector experience is highly preferred.
Education: Graduates
Skills:
- Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
