CASA builds structures up to 6 floors at a supersonic speed (within 90 days), using intelligent and sustainable practices. Their buildings are 2X stronger with minimal wastage and disturbances to the surroundings. CASA is committed to minimum energy consumption and aims for net zero smart buildings by adopting collaborative design and manufacturing processes.

Role Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives and brand identity.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
  • Manage all social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and community management.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and incorporate innovative strategies to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and track performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant partners to expand brand reach and credibility.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal requirements and brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience 5 years in social media management, preferably in a brand management capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
