- Effectively communicate with the top management and implement the directions effectively by coordinating all levels of the organization.
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for the companies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other, to maintain Company’s digital presence
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Engage in consultations with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and unique challenges.
- Provide strategic guidance on how digital marketing can address the client’s specific needs.
- Develop tailored digital marketing strategies for each client based on their industry, goals, and budget.
- Showcase the consulting company’s expertise and demonstrate the value of their digital marketing services.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns for clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement strategies effectively.
- Implement a culture of continuous improvement, refining strategies based on performance data and industry changes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance to companies and management.
- Use data analytics tools to analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Extract actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve return on investment.
